Excited by the unlimited possibilities in applying AI frameworks to biology. I am a CS PhD student advised by Prof. Yun S. Song and Dr. Rohan Sachdev, affiliated with Berkeley AI Research (BAIR) and the Innovative Genomics Institute. During my undergraduate years (freshman at UIUC, then at Cornell), I have been fortunate to be advised by Prof. Buz Barstow and Prof. Chris De Sa @Cornell, and Prof. Huimin Zhao @UIUC.
My research interest lies broadly in the power set of {synthetic biology, AI4Science, generative models, deep learning}.
